OK, so it's not exactly fan art... XML is basically a more complex version of HTML and it's a good beginning script. One of the nice things about XML is that you can create images for program shells (skins) if you have notepad and an image program that works with layers. If anyone is interested post here.

I had a website, but it died from neglect, because I couldn't write Java. However... XML rules have to be followed exactly, unlike HTML, but the basics are the same. The file has a specific structure: - a top layer <ROOT> element - various view elements - subview elements that can be used for parts of your skin that you want to move around, hide, or show - lower elements are closed before higher ones or before starting new elemets eg. <ROOT> <VIEW1> <SUBVIEW autoStart = "False"/> </VIEW1> </ROOT> The layout of each level is determined by the elemnts in it. - elements are enclosed by angle brackets <ELEMENT> (the uppercase sin't necessary, it just stands out more) - attributes of an element are put in lower case within quotation marks AFTER the element but WITHIN the angle bracket : <BUTTON image="killmichael"> - multiple elements can be grouped into one section using opeing and closing tags whch are the same as the normal element tags: <BUTTONGROUP> <BUTTONELEMENT/> <BUTTONELEMENT/> <BUTTONELEMENT/> </BUTTONGROUP> - If an element has nothing inside it, there must be a forward slash before the closing bracket - To close a set of elements put a forward slash after the opening bracket: </ROOT> Hope that's enough for now. I'll set up an example for you to try in a while...
