Yes, it is blue, and it has transparency. I was playing around with layer settings, I saw it and fell in love. As much as one can with an icon anyways.... Here it is;

You should see some of my stuff from about two months ago. All you need to do is play around with settings and filters and whatnot.

A hint: Use the different settings on the layers eg; overlay, soft light, hard light. It's how I make most of my stuff now.
